How To Apply For A Water Connection

What you need to do: 

  • View our CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF SUPPLY – (Download)
  • You need to fill in an Application Form – (Download)
  • Applications Forms are available at our Customer Care Desks in Kibwezi, Mtito Andei and Makindu Area Offices. They are also available for downloading from our website
  • You can deliver your duly filled Application Form to any of our Offices duly attached with a photocopy of your National Identity Card.
  • A Team will visit your premises within a week to make a technical evaluation
  • Once approved you will be required to pay a Connection Fee and a Refundable Deposit
  • After your application has been processed, you will receive your connection

Please keep in mind that:

  • All connections in Kibwezi-Makindu Water and Sanitation Company are metered
  • Your meter will be read once a month by the Meter Reader
  • Please pay your bills at any post bank Branch or agent, or via Mpesa pay bill No. 913110
  • If you do not pay your bill on time you will be disconnected. Kshs1000 is charged as reconnection fee. If you have any questions, please contact your respective Area Customer Care Desk
